The website needed to be more up to date, modern and easy to navigate. Some of their Website content was cluttered. Chalked full of too much information & images to keep a viewers interest. They needed the kind of site that shows volunteers a simple step by step process of getting involved & becoming a mentor before even getting started.

I started with some previous designs with the Wordpress theme, but eventually the website was moved to a Squarespace theme where I adapted the design to a different platform. While changes were necessary for a different platform, I still maintained the kind of layout where viewers could find what they were looking for and a design format that was easy for my employers to modify.

The site eventually became a hierarchy of centered content with new headings & a user interface that gave new visitors options & the info they needto get involved.
