When it came to designing web banners I moved from creating photoshoped banners to using lifestyle images to represent our products. I have recently been taking pride with the ease of designing lifestyle images for display on our website. It basically requires the inclusion of text and the general expression of an image to provide the right message. The lifestyle images as shown above involved using close up shots of our instruments and a bundled up shot of our products like with the string packages.
I find piecing together some images in photoshop can represent a creative expression, but it can also be time consuming. Sometimes it can also be easy. A holiday design such as this would only require a well-balanced color theme of line drawn instruments and text to deliver our message.

This assorted set up of the Sawtooth branded Relic guitars for instance provides the best detail of the overall body and look of the instruments. A design like this also required effort to ensure the guitars were within the same proportion. One would also think this image has an overwhelmingly large amount of elements in the design.
