My Role: Site Redesign, User Experience, Visual Identity

My supervisor Gina Peters wanted her site to appear more inviting & open. The website for Center4SpecialNeeds was already informative, but lacked a visual Identity on the homepage and throughout the rest of the website that could keep the viewers interest.
With the research I gathered from other local nonprofits, I reorganized the homepage content to promote fundraising events, intellectual business courses, & group meet ups. This all became possible with the new themes I offered that were both capable of updating the site in a way that was modern and able to produce a message brief enough to show any viewer what they needed to know. Everybody admired the sleek design. Eventually the decision came down to two themes. As a result we opted to the one on the right.
Soon after that, I went into wireframes starting with rough sketches, which lead into higher fidelity digital wireframes. These pages were some of the best I developed including the homepage.
